Rose White: Search for a King (A Bachelorette Challenge) #6 Black, White and BORING ???

I remind you again (and again and again and again) that I am NOT controlling any of the bachelors (unless it involves starting a challenge and departing the house when it is time to leave).

For the most part, Rose’s actions are autonomous or determined by her whims (esp when interacting on an outing).  

I will be updating this in an observer/commentator role.

So in the last episode:

• The boys participated in a gym challenge (even Mike who, even tho he was exempt, opted in … he wanted to win one of the solo dates … risky business there Mike … prob NOT going to try that one again.)
• Hugo stepped off the treadmill just shortly (very shortly) after the challenge began
• Jack won the daytime solo date and Mike won the night time solo date
• Rose said a HARD goodbye to Hugo .. they had lots of green and a tiny bit of pink. (I loved Hugo SNIFF)
• A little time in the pool with some loving attention brought her out of her funk ❤ … getting ready to move on to the B&W Party!

 

The boys are all getting on fine.  The mood was quite jovial when Hugo was getting the boot!  No one can understand WHY he stepped off so quickly.

I think even HE does not know!

Pool time had been sweet …  a smiling Rose was like sunshine to the boys!

Soon they were all back in the regular groove!

The stress still ripples deep beneath the surface of life in the house.  Even tho it is NOT his thing, Mike has been hitting the bubbler a bit.

Rose decided to get to the bottom of it … because something was seriously up with him!

Mike was indeed stressed …

and it all stemmed back to a conversation he had with Jack earlier in the day.

Sure would have loved to be a little mouse in that room.  Neither is sharing the content of the conversation that took place.   MMMM SMH!

I am with you Mike, I think we need to keep a tighter eye on Mr. Frost 🙂   He is a tougher competitor than we would think.  Very well played Jack .. a little psychological warfare there!

Rose decided to let the boys work it out for themselves.  She did spend some time in her journal trying to sort out her own feelings and thoughts on what has been happening.

A lovely bubble bath should decrease her anxiety and give her a fresh start for tonight’s Black and White Gala.  (Sorry dear readers but this is the naughtiest  you will get from me LOL)

Rose arrives “fashionably” late and the first to rush to greet her is Mike … (at this point I am so glad I changed the lot traits to romantic).

He gives her a lovely embrace (held a good long time).  MMM nice start.

He whisks her off to do a bit of romantic karaoke … (again I am so glad I changed the lot traits to romantic .. sigh) 

What are the other boys up to you ask … HMMM.  PACE!  (At this point I am NOT so glad I changed the lot traits to romantic .. come on you all knew that was coming HUH?)

Jack is NOT in his element.  NOPE, not a party boy!

Prince is totally in his element.  Years of schmoozing with band groupies has had it’s benefits.

AUGH when you are the monkey in the middle of two who are flirting with each other (did I mention that changing the lot traits to romantic was NOT my best idea ever).

I agree Rose .. this part sucks so far.  Time to give up the bowl of chips and get things going!

Dance party time … (LOL did you notice Jack JUST STANDING in the middle of the dance floor)!

(Anyone notice that Prince is missing all of a sudden?)

EEEK more wrong flirtiness … Rose got that “Hey bae come hither” look from BOTH of them!  (now serious regrets that I changed the lot traits to romantic are setting in .. how to get out of this awkward situation ???).

YES! A trip to freshen up!  Just what the LOVE doctor ordered!

UM found Prince … he is hiding in the bathroom … apparently talking to himself!  So that is how he got away from groupies?

(I know there a lot of these vanity shots … forgive my self-indulgence.  I just think Rose is the cutest ever!  Never thought anyone would be able to replace my sweet Snow … but her daughter has won my heart.  She is having a bit of trouble winning the hearts of the boys though.  BUT HEY ??? AUGH)

Did you wonder?  Yep he is still there … checking his Facebook no doubt.

OHHH this is looking promising (maybe that changing the lot traits to romantic thing will work out in the end ??).

NOPE.  That awkward moment when someone crashes into a (hoped for) romantic moment.  (And let’s be real  y’all KNEW that was coming too).

With the Black and White Gala totally BOMBING, Pace accepted an after hours party at the bluffs for the group.  (Thankfully I cannot change the lot traits to romantic here .. PHEW).

Sadly, the party was over for these two .. Rose and Mike were out as soon as they hit the lot.  (REALLY NOW!)

Jack is right behind them … AND right in the potty bush.  Party goes will curse you soon Jack!

Pace soon stumbled to his own sleepy spot … this will not end well for folks who have bellied up to the bar too often.

Prince, the party animal keeps up with all the cool kids (the quiet ones always surprise you, don’t they?).

All that dancing left him seriously fatigued and that is not a good condition to be in when you are preparing a late night snack.  Back at the house …………..

(LOL I did have to DIRECT Pace to put him out .. HMM that is one way to reduce the competition).
