I know this first peek is out of my “norm” but I really wanted to get the first giveaway out quickly and the cas/bb/debug is never quick.

This is a beautiful pack. The game play & world is gorgeous.
So to showcase this I thought I would bring Bob N Bee out to play.
We will peek in on a day in their cottage life.
BTW they are loving it.
First in any good Sims game you have to get them properly dressed.
I went thru and picked my favs …
or at least some of my favs.
(Watch for much more on CAS in the next blog).
Now that they are appropriately dressed and ready to get busy in Cottage Living,
It is time to move them in to a little cottage of their own.
I chose the most remote location in “The Bramblewood” area.
This charming little cottage is exactly as you will find it in game.
It is darling and I do love it BUT I do plan to do a little reno which will come with the next blog.
The first part of any day on the farm is chores and for Bob n Bee it is no different.
Tending to the animals and the garden.
This lot is a “simple life” challenge lot and the tenants will no longer receive free ingredients for making meals. All ingredients must be purchased from a grocery store, harvested, fished, or foraged.
So Bob n Bee have their work cut out for them.
One fun thing is that some of your eggs harvested from the coop will be hatch-able so be sure to leave a bit of room in your coop to allow it to incubate.
AND YES chicken hugging is back!
Chores are done and now it is time for a little exploring and then a visit to town for supplies.
Ever thoughtful, Bob planned a little romantic picnic for he and Bee.
Catching some fresh fish for dinner sounded like a great idea to Bob.
Sadly Bee does not have the attention span for that.
With all that mucking about in the pond by Bee, all Bob managed to catch was a cold.
Wild critters abound …
They try and try to lure a bunny from his hidey hole but to no avail.
They soon realized the issue …
a wily fox was near by.
Bob managed to befriend it.
Maybe in the future that will come in handy!
Eventually the bunny emerged …
AFTER the fox was gone!
Bob n Bee took the long and winding path to town.
The day was wonderful!
In Finchwick they found the supplies they needed.
OH dear, Bob!
I can already tell this is not going to go so well for you and your flirty self!
In Bob’s defense he did try to explain that he was flirting with his own wife …
but apparently that does not matter to Mrs. Crumplebottom!
Bee snuck off during the lecture to do some window shopping (another new fun GP option).
She was interested in finding out more about the townspeople and considered checking the info board.
But she figured just to skip the middle and go straight to the source of all townie info.
Mrs. Crumplebottom finally quit lecturing Bob and the love birds were on their way home.
(I just took these shots because it was so pretty at night).
Back at home they wrapped up the day with more chores.
No reprieve from these in the Simple Life.
The days in The Bramblewood are long and full of hard work!
But at the close of the day..
all is well that ends well for our Bob n Bee!

I love your little story and so many fabulous photos. I especially loved the photo of the old wheeled cart with flowers on it. It looks like a real life photo. This is going to bring so much to the game.

The new beards that came with this pack are amazing! It’s been awhile since we had some new ones and these ones are really good. I’m glad your Bob is sporting one! Can’t wait to see your CAS overview. 🙂
